Southern Mare Nubium
 Dominated by Mare Nubium's southern
section, the region also includes numerous large craters, most
notably Deslandres (lower right corner of the photograph), Purbach
(right center edge), Arzachel (upper right edge) and Alphonsus
(top right edge).
