Hundreds of planetary investment agents have in
fact sprung up on the web, offering plots on moon.
There are already over 1,125,000 lunar land owners from 176 countries around the world, which include two former US Presidents, NASA employees and famous movie stars, according to figures available on planetaryinvestment.com, an online moonland agent. The fad has also caught on in India as the land is available very cheap and people don't mind buying an acre or two. From a Hyderabad based businessman to an NRI from Punjab and Chandigarh-based engineer, all have a address on the moon. The president of India, Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam, who specialized in Aeronautical Engineering at Madras Institute of Technology, is among the property owners from the Lunar Republic Society's program. # # # PTI [Return to Media:Luna™ Headlines...]
